These mounts require a level 1 or higher Stables in your Garrison. * There is no time limit to get the two achievement mounts--you can do them at any time after unlocking the prerequisite items (level 2 and level 3 Stables). Having the necklace in your bag while defeating the daily quest beasts gives you progress towards The Stable Master achievement.
